Role Profile

As a Receptionist, you’ll carry a great deal of responsibility as the frontline ambassador and face of your organisation. The job of a Receptionist is to be the first to welcome visitors either in person or on the phone, making this role very rewarding for those who love interacting with different types of people and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Throughout your day-to-day, you’ll be expected to answer or refer any inquiries from visitors and notify company personnel of their arrival, whilst maintaining site security and health and safety standards by monitoring logbooks and issuing visitor badges.

Depending on the volume of front line calls, or visitors you could also be responsible for basic accounting functions within this role, dealing with couriers and suppliers, organising catering or events, and other administrative support.

Salary Guide

$45,000-$65,000
