Role Profile

As a Contact Centre Representative, you’ll be the voice of your organisation. The job of an inbound Contact Centre Agent is to provide the best possible service to their customers by determining their requirements, answering inquiries, resolving problems and complaints, fulfilling requests and maintaining databases. On the other hand, an outbound Contact Centre Agent will also be expected to promote and sell their employer’s or client’s services and products over the phone to new and existing customers.
