Metier Recruitment is an Australian-owned, Sydney-based Business Support Recruiter that provides temporary and permanent recruitment solutions to great employers across the city.

We like the idea that trust should be earned through experience (and, of course, some pretty incredible results). We believe in keeping promises and pleasantly surprising our clients and candidates. Plus, whilst we may be just a little idealistic, we still believe in boring old words like “integrity”, “credibility” and “accountability”.

We believe you should never turn your back on the future, which we’re constantly thinking of new ways to raise the bar on what our clients expect from their specialist Recruiter. We also happen to think that great works speaks for itself (happy clients tend to say far more than we ever could anyway). We don’t believe in a paint-by-numbers approach to your company or career. We also don’t profess to be all things to all people either (we’re just darn good at the things we do).
