Your CV

Your resume is one of the most important documents you’ll write in your life. We’ve written many blogs on what to do and what not to do, but we thought, to make things easier, we’d provide you with a CV template.

All you need to do is download it and fill in the blank spaces with your personalised information. You can download the CV Template at the bottom of the page.

Whilst you’re personalising your CV Template, we recommend you keep the following in mind:

  • List your relevant work experience and skills with each role you’ve had.
  • Keep it simple in a neat MS Word document or PDF. Your experience should speak for itself.
  • Keep bold/italic text to subheading.
  • Avoid pictures or symbols.
  • Be sure to highlight your IT and Microsoft Office skills in the relevant section.
  • The only place a table is necessary would be a ‘Skills Matrix’.
  • Make sure you use the same font throughout. Arial 11 is great and easy on the eye.
  • Always include some interests and hobbies but keep it short and if you can, relate them to why they may be useful for the job you’re applying for.
  • Maintain a clear, simple and consistent style throughout your CV.
  • Lastly, remember to check the information, including spelling and grammar, before sending it anywhere!
